Shipping Notifications & Holiday Mondays

Just a quick reminder: this coming Monday is a holiday both up here in Canada & in the US, so there will be no mail going out on Monday, Oct. 11th. Please expect an extra day or two for your packages to arrive, as holidays always seem to back-log the postal offices.

We are shipping out orders tomorrow (Thursday) & Friday & will send out this weekend’s orders on Tuesday.

We’re still at a 2-3 week wait for our soldered rings (and anything that you want customized), but ready-to-ship items are shipping out within 4 days of ordering. Crossing our fingers that we’ll be able to get that 2-3 week wait down soon, but you’re keeping us flooded with orders so we can’t make any promises yet. 🙂

Getting Brilly-ant: New Shipping Schedule for the end of September

I guess they call this the snowball effect — start slow & soon explode.

Due to an unprecedented increase in the number of sales & messages I’ve been receiving over the last couple weeks (!!!), I’m going to have to bump up my turn-around-time. We are now at a 2-3 week wait for made-to-order items (such as rings) & 1-2 weeks for all other items. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses to your emails & messages. If you need your order rushed, please *email* me to make sure I am able to do this for you. Thanks!

During this time I’ll also be stocking up on ready-to-ship rings in the most popular sizes & working on my Fall/Winter 2010 collection — so expect a lot of new goodies on the way as well! I hope to be back to my regular shipping schedule by mid October.

Coming Soon: New plating finishes for your favorite Brilliance Found rings, in 24kt Rose Gold, 24kt Yellow Gold, 24kt White Gold & 24kt Green Gold. We’ll have some of these finishes ready to order & of course, custom plating is available for any brass ring I stock. Which means all of you who have been waiting for silver or 24kt versions of my rings are in luck.. Stay tuned!

Brilliance Found Jewelry will be away from April 21 – 25th. The shop will remain open & accepting orders during this time, but custom orders will be held. Regular, in stock items will continue to ship regularly via Mr. Bisteries. Please see the shipping schedule below:
