Sneak Peek: Brilliance Found’s Fall 2010 Collection is Right Around the Corner!

I love changing seasons. New weather, new scenery & now, of course, new jewelry.

Here’s a sneak preview of what I’ve been working on in the last couple weeks.. all coming soon to Brilliance Found.

On the grapevine we'll find.. a glorious statement ring!

When I design rings, I always make one “prototype” design first. Usually I make it in my size & wear it around to get a feel for it’s wearability & practicality as a ring. Since I design unique statement rings (many of them my signature “faux two finger” design), it’s so important that they are both breathtaking AND wearable.

Lately, though, I’ve got statement rings down to a science. There’s no longer the need to test prototypes as carefully — I know what works & what doesn’t. Now I can make some one of a kind rings in larger sizes, to share with the world!

The birds won't steal these raspberries!

The only problem with these one of a kind rings is that once they’re gone, they’re really gone!

Flowers forever on oxidized brass.

This one is my favorite. I’ve designed it diagonally, to appear as if it’s “crawling” up your hand. My signature floating “faux two finger” ring design; this one is worn on a single finger!

And of course, no Fall collection could be complete without a new selection of simple wrap rings:

I love wrap rings because they’re so easy for everyday wear, while still adding a bit of interest. Filigree rings are my favorite; I love how they show a little bit of skin through the metalwork!

Aren't choices grand?

We have a little collection of simply elegant earrings on the way, too: here’s just a peek:

Fly on, little butterflies.

Rich jewel tones always kick back into style around autumn, and this year is no exception. If you’re the timid type, you can add some of these trend colors into your wardrobe on your finger.. by rocking a dyed agate slice cocktail ring! New for Fall from our Crystal Collection.

Capture the sunset hues on your hand: Agate slice on brass.

I love how sleek these small agate slices are. I’ve set them vertically on adjustable ring bases to lengthen your fingers.

And then we have larger slices… which always look wonderful stretching all across your knuckles. Here’s an amazing blue two finger ring, soon to be in the shop.

Iced edges: Two finger agate slice statement ring.

I am not going to lie; I contemplate keeping this one for myself. Really contemplate. The milky white against the rich indigo pools in this agate just drive me insane!

More agate slices are on their way! Here's a cocktail ring in purple swirl.

For those of you who want the big but not the bold (color wise, anyway), don’t worry: I haven’t neglected you! Natural, undyed stones also make amazing cocktail rings. This fall it is all about statement jewelry, so we increase the size & the glamor all in one fabulous step with oversize stone cocktail rings!

Just like the moon, but on your fist.

Reading between the lines: Bigger is better.

Seeing Spots: Who said brown & black didn't match?

Speaking of trends, animal print is all over the place for Fall. But you don’t need to wear fur to be stylish this season: put your own spin on the style by rocking an animalesque stone cocktail ring! This one is Dalmatian stone, & it features a mottled array of black spots on a creamy brown base. Or, we could get a little more refined…

Getting Abstract: Tigereye cocktail ring.

Tiger eye stone is not only a brilliant rock to wear on your finger, it also shifts color depending on the light! From deep mahogany to golden honey brown, you’ll do anything but blend in to your surroundings wearing this beauty of nature.

The hunter or the hunted? Set of two silver cocktail rings in Lion.

But I could never blame you if you wanted to take the animal safari trend a little too literally. After all, what is fashion if not fun? Hunt or be hunted; it’s your choice. This set of two Lion rings chase (or be chased), depending on which hand you wear them on. Or you can be generous & give one away to your favorite feline lover!

And boys, don’t think we’ve forgotten about you!

Ladies aren't the only ones styling this season!

Well, those are my favorites.. what are your favorite trends for the upcoming Autumn season? Let me know! And don’t forget to check out the shop in the next couple days for all of this & more! Happy shopping.
